Training & coaching

Training is one of the most basic requirements of biosafety legislation. It is also the most effective way to promote consistent application of safe work and management practices throughout an organisation.

At Xibios we have the experience to offer multiple possibilities of training in biosafety in order to fulfil general as well as very specific needs. We can manage general awareness and basic training as well as much more specialised courses on specific matters. These can be developed on the basis of internal standards and procedures, for instance as a support to the implementation of a biorisk management programme.

In collaboration with our customer, we can also develop hands-on training on matters where practical experience is of prime importance, such as biosafety practices or emergency procedures.

We also offer specialised training and coaching for new biosafety professionals.
